I offer virtual individual therapy for adults across Ontario. With several years of experience, I take an integrative approach, combining psychoanalytic and psychodynamic principles with evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, and mindfulness-based techniques. 

How do I schedule a session with you?

Scheduling a session is easy! Simply reach out by phone or email to book a convenient time for your free initial consultation. I offer flexible scheduling options, including once-weekly, twice-weekly, or bi-weekly sessions, to fit seamlessly into your schedule.

What can I expect during a therapy session?

In our work together, your comfort and safety are my highest priorities. Therapy is a space where you can openly explore whatever is on your mind — your thoughts, feelings, and experiences — without fear of judgment. I approach each session with empathy and genuine care, creating a supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood.
